AIPS Membership Registration/Renewal
The International Sports Press Association (AIPS) registration portal for 2025-2026 cards is open
The move is to enable old and new members revalidate and make fresh registration to ensure early pursuit of evolving Global/African championships in the international sports calendar for the current year.
Consequently, the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria domiciliary account number 5070724214 with Zenith Bank is open to ensure smooth process in financial transaction with AIPS.
The amount remains $30 (thirty) US Dollars, while the website for online registration and revalidation is (www.aipsmedia.com).
Please, carefully check the e-mail address and mobile number for fresh registration. There is no need for those renewing their card to upload new photo unless you wish to change it. And most importantly, upload JPG format and portrait passport photo (no sunglasses, no cap).
This process is only for those with current SWAN membership cards, just as subsequent renewal or acquisition of AIPS membership card is based on being up to date with SWAN’s annual registration.
Old and New members of SWAN set to revalidate or register are to visit our website (https://swannational.com.ng/portal) and payment of N5,000 only is required while SWAN members practicing outside the country will pay the sum of N10,000 only to the Membership dues account at Access (Diamond) Bank with number 0086947977 and name Sports Writers Association of Nigeria.
Also, the National Executive Committee (NEC) has approved upward review of registration of Associate Members (mostly those who are Content Creators, Researchers, Online Savvy Individuals, YouTubers etc) to N25,000 annually.
Applicants will be contacted through their State Chapters by the SWAN National Secretariat after the cards have been received.
